Cookie Policy

1. What Is Local Storage?

Cookies are small data files a website asks your browser to send back on every request. "Local storage" is a different, more modern browser feature: it lets a website save small pieces of data directly on your own device, without transmitting it back to any server automatically.

AJPX Desk and the Fidelu marketing site do not set any cookies. Everything described in this policy is local storage saved in your own browser. None of it is shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to track you across other websites.

2. What We Use It For

We use local storage only to make the Service work the way you'd expect — remembering your language, keeping you signed in between visits, and remembering a couple of interface preferences. None of it is used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or analytics.

3. Local Storage We Actually Use

All of these are "essential" or "functional" in nature — the Service doesn't work correctly without them, and none require consent under most privacy laws for that reason. We don't set any advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies or local storage.

4. Cookies You May See From Sign-In and Payment Providers

When you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in, or complete a Stripe Checkout page to subscribe, you briefly leave our Service for a page hosted by Google or Stripe. Those providers may set their own cookies on their own domains during that step, governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We never see or receive those cookies ourselves — only the result (that you signed in, or that your payment succeeded).

5. How Can I Control This?

Since we don't use cookies, there's no cookie banner or preference center to configure here. You can clear local storage at any time from your browser's settings (usually under "Clear browsing data" or "Site settings") — doing so will simply sign you out and reset your language and interface preferences the next time you visit.

Most browsers also let you block local storage entirely for a specific site. If you do that for AJPX Desk, sign-in and language switching won't work correctly, since both rely on it.

6. Do You Update This Policy?

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
